TRX™ 101 is an introductory class for the suspension training system. Come and learn the basics of total body resistance exercise.

TRX 101 is for people who want to improve their overall physical fitness and resilience. No matter your fitness level and abilities, instructors encourage everyone with an interest in TRX to start at class level 101. It’s the best class level for those who are new to TRX to learn the basic fundamentals of TRX (total body resistance training). Each person has a unique starting place suited to their own body. In TRX 101, you will be guided by certified instructors who will help you learn the basics of the exercise foundations and how your body responds to the workload of resistance training.
