Prenatal Lactation Consultation Appointments

These appointments are designed to support you as a mother, whether you're preparing to breastfeed for the first time or looking for guidance with a new baby. Our goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported in your feeding journey.

During your consultation, you’ll meet with a compassionate, certified lactation professional who will:

• Help you prepare for breastfeeding during pregnancy
• Talk through your personal feeding goals and any concerns
• Offer hands-on guidance with latch, positioning, and milk supply
• Support you through common challenges like sore nipples, engorgement, or baby’s difficulty feeding
• Create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and your baby’s needs
• Provide guidance on pumping, milk storage, and transitioning back to work

Partners and support people are welcome to join. Whether you're expecting or already holding your little one in your arms, we're here to walk beside you every step of the way.
