Every class is a stand-alone session and does not need to be taken in any particular order, so you can attend the topics that matter most to you.

Prepare for life after birth. This class covers physical recovery, emotional well-being, and newborn basics like feeding, diapering, and soothing. We’ll also discuss safe sleep, car seat safety, and resources for postpartum support.
