This support group is designed to assist patients and their loved ones as they discuss the emotional challenges and other concerns often faced by patients with cancer. Family members are welcome to attend with or without their patient.

• Cost: FREE
• Space is limited.  Registration is required, but you do not need to bring your registration ticket to the class.
• We offer hybrid with both in-person and virtual attendance options. Virtual participants are also requested to pre-register noting their virtual attendance so they can be given the Teams meeting link and supported with any technical access questions.  
• Lunch is provided for in-person attendees. As you register, you will have an option to indicate dietary needs.
• If you are a first-time attendee, you will sign a confidentiality statement with the Care Manager prior to the start of group.
