This support group is designed to assist patients and their loved ones as they discuss the emotional challenges and other concerns often faced by patients with cancer.

• Cost: FREE
• Space is limited.  Registration is required, but you do not need to bring your registration ticket to the class.
• We offer hybrid with both in-person and virtual attendance options. Virtual participants are also requested to pre-register noting their virtual attendance so they can be given the Teams meeting link and supported with any technical access questions.  
• Lunch is provided for in-person attendees. As you register, you will have an option to indicate dietary needs.
• If you are a first-time attendee, you will sign a confidentiality statement with the Care Manager prior to the start of group.
