This support group provides a comforting place to talk with others affected by blood cancers, including patients, family members, and caregivers.

• Cost: FREE
• Space is limited.  Registration is required, but you do not need to bring your registration ticket to the class.
• Lunch is provided for in-person attendees. As you register, you will have an option to indicate dietary needs.
• Virtual attendance via Teams is available. Please indicate in your RSVP if you will need the Teams link. Each group session has an unique Teams log-in.
• If you are a first-time attendee, you will sign a confidentiality statement with the Care Manager prior to the start of group.
