This support group style class is for participants who have completed both sessions of the Mediterranean course. If you would like to learn more, have questions, or are just looking to share experiences, we would love to see you. We will discuss different topics including supplements for the month of March. Get help with your challenges and share your accomplishments. We get better together. This event is free.
