This support group style class is for participants who have completed both sessions of the Mediterranean course. If you would like to learn more, have questions, or are just looking to share experiences, we would love to see you. We will discuss different topics including starting a fasting box to start together on January 10th for those interested. Get help with your challenges and share your accomplishments. We get better together.
